Registered office: Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, Haryana 124507, India. LLPIN: —. GSTIN: —. For any privacy question, contact our Grievance Officer (details in section 11).
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only what you choose to share with us through the contact / business-enquiry form — your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. We also process limited technical information (browser type, approximate location, IP address and pages viewed) for website security and basic analytics. We do not knowingly collect sensitive or financial account information through this website, and the website does not offer any trading, investment or payment facility.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your personal data only for specified, lawful purposes: to respond to your enquiry, to maintain records of our communication, to keep the website secure, and to comply with applicable law. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and submit the form, and (where applicable) the legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act.
4. How we use and share your data
We use your data solely for the purposes above. We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share it only with trusted service providers (Data Processors) who host our website or email on our behalf, under contract and only as needed, or where disclosure is required by law or a lawful authority.
5. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for the website to function, including a preference cookie that remembers your selected language, and a cookie that records your cookie-consent choice. Non-essential analytics are not loaded until you accept the cookie notice.
6. Data retention
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to address your request and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to: (a) access a summary of your personal data and how it is processed; (b) seek correction, completion, updating or erasure of your data; (c) nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity; and (d) grievance redressal. To exercise any right, write to our Grievance Officer (section 11). We will respond within the timelines required by law.
8. Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing our Grievance Officer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it; once withdrawn, we will stop processing your data for that purpose, though it may affect our ability to respond to your enquiry. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
